There's two sides to every story?  There's always a choice?  There's always more than one opinion?  Which side, choice and opinion are you of???

Caleb-Numbers 13"30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it."

The people-31 "But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.

33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight."

David-1 Samuel 17 "26 And David spake to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that killeth this Philistine, and taketh away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God? 32 And David said to Saul, Let no man's heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine."

Saul-"33 And Saul said to David, Thou art not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him: for thou art but a youth, and he a man of war from his youth."

Jesus-Matthew 16 "20 Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.
21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day."
