Ever wonder why some passed through the fire and some didn't? Why some were delivered and others not? I've heard stories of missionaries who defied death on the mission field and others who did not escape it.

Hebrews 11 “33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.
34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. 35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; 38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. 39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.”

Don't get me wrong I know in this world we shall have tribulations and blessed are they who are persecuted, but???? Can some things be according to our choosing? According to our faith? According to the using of our authority? In verse 35 we see "NOT ACCEPTING DELIVERANCE!" So??? Does that mean it was provided for them to "TAKE?"

Did you ever think about Paul? All the whipping, beatings, being stoned! But!!!! Immediately after he identified himself as a Roman Citizen THEY STOPPED! Why didn't he speak up sooner? Hmmmmmm?? And please don't forget he was finished with his course, he had run a good race, AND HE CHOSE HIS OWN EXIT STRATEGY!"

I'm not saying there won't be persecutions or even martyrdom, but what I am saying is don't miss out on deliverance if it is provided. According to your faith, in His authority, and all things possible to those who believe! I love you all very much!(NLM)
