Mind renewal is so vitally important. Transformation from old man thinking (Not nature, for that is DEAD) to New Creation Thinking and Living, is only realized in the life of a believer through the knowledge of their new true identity in Christ! You will walk in righteousness and true holiness when you realize through mind renewal GOD RECREATED YOU RIGHTEOUS AND HOLY!

Ephesians 4 “23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”

Romans 12 “2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

There is no battle with old dog and new dog to gain supremacy in your life. OLD DOG IS DEAD! Now you simply need to renew your mind through Gods word and align your thinking to what has taken place in your true inner man at born again.

“1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” Romans 6
