PART 2
So how was Adam supposed to "dress" and "keep" the land?

1) Dress in Hebrew is "abad" which means to enslave, or keep in bondage.  We all know slaves are to follow and carry out orders. 2) God gave man complete dominion over His creation. Genesis 1 “28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” 3) God showed by example how it was to be done! Genesis 1 “3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”
“6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”
“9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.”
GOD SHOWED HOW IT IS DONE, "AND GOD SAID, AND IT WAS SO!" 4) Confirmed by Jesus, Mark 11 “14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.” And. “23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” 5) Paul confirmed this, 2 Corinthians 4 “13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;”
Adam was to subdue and have dominion by the words of his mouth. WE ARE TO RULE AND REIGHN IN LIFE BY THE WORDS OF GOD COMING FORTH FROM OUR MOUTHS! Believe and speak His word! I love you all very much!(NLM)
