Perhaps A Reason For Unanswered Prayers???

What do these verses tell us?

Ephesians 1 “3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”

2 Peter 1 “3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:”

Colossians 2 “9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:”

They tell us 1) God will not give to you what's already been given! There is no earning or asking, ITS ALREADY YOURS! 2) You can do nothing to become what you already are!

What do theses verses tell us?

2 Peter 1 “2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,”

Romans 12 “2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

They tell us transformation will take place by simply intimately knowing our God and by being renewed in our minds to the truth of His word!

What does this verse tell us!

2 Corinthians 3 “18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”

This verse tells us that our transformation is not based on our doing but based on our "Beholding" and as we do Holy Spirit changes us into the very image of Christ!

It's not in the doing, ITS IN THE BEHOLDING AND BELIEVING! I love you all very much!(NLM)
