BEHOLD BELIEVE BECOME

You can be told to follow, or, not be told, and follow.

John 19 “25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the “disciple standing by, whom he loved,” he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! 27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.”

John 21 “20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the  “disciple whom Jesus loved following;” which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do? 22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.”

You can be told to give, or, not be told, and give.

Luke 18 “22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. 23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.”

Luke 19 “8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house”

What’s the difference? It’s simple. You either “bare the fruit” of love and grace, or, you live a life of works and performance. Your new life “IN CHRIST” is all about BEHOLDING BELIEVING and BECOMING!

I love you all very much!(NLM)
