A VERSE TO LIVE IN
John 1 “12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”
He gave power so WE HAVE POWER! We have power to operate as a “SON” as “THE SON!” But. I don’t see it. I don’t feel like it. I don’t believe it. And. THAT IS THE REASON WE DONT OPERATE AS SONS WITH POWER!
The next verse holds the key to this operation: “13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
John emphasizes 3 times how we are not natural. We’re not of a natural birth process, not born of natural blood, and not born of the will of man(Man and Woman) BUT BORN OF GOD!
As we turn away from the things natural, of the flesh, of the world, and respond to God and our true nature WE WILL OPERATE IN THAT POWER!
Remember how Jesus turned His back on the same very things when tempted by Satan in Luke 4:1-13? It was after turning His back to the flesh, the natural, and the things of the world that He returned in the operation and power of the spirit, V14!
Believe right AND YOU WILL LIVE RIGHT! I love you all very much!(NLM)
