GRACE COMES BY REVELATION -3
2 Peter 1
“1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge (epi-nosis; intimate knowledge) of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
3. Always a revelation of righteousness before like precious faith! (2 Peter 1:1) Romans 1:16, Romans 4:25, Romans 5:1, Romans 5:17, Romans 5:21, Romans 10:6 & 10, Galatians 2:21.
Most “Believers” will be able to quote John 10:10 “But I came that you may have life and life more abundantly” but never experience it! Many are convinced because of religion that their still sinners just saved by grace. Paul makes it very clear that without the revelation of “RIGHTEOUSNESS” you will never reign in this life! Romans 5:17 “Through the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness we reign in life through the one Jesus Christ!” And. 5:21 “Grace reigns through righteousness!” Peter is in full agreement! We Have been declared righteous by God through faith in Jesus! You can not be a sinner and be righteous. I’ll stick with Gods declaration and make that my confession. I will let my like precious faith operate through the declared righteousness of God in my life! Make sure and do the same!
