We can let life happen OR we can be enforcers!
1 Samuel 17
“48 And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came, and drew nigh to meet David, that David hastened, RAN TOWARD THE ARMY to meet the Philistine.” Wow! I never before saw that David didn't run towards Goliath, HE RAN TOWARD THE WHOLE ARMY and the Philistine! Goliath was "JUST" another member of the army! Why the boldness, confidence, surety of victory?
Psalm 89
“34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.”
David was in a legally binding covenant!
Hebrews 8
“6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.”
AND WE ARE IN A BETTER COVENANT THROUGH PRECIOUS JESUS WITH BETTER PROMISES! Run to your armies, your Goliath's, YOUR MOUNTAINS, and cast them to the sea! Mark 11:23! Love you all very much!(NLM)
